Damaged Spares
Shall be replaced without additional charges if required (Except Cap, Valve, and 1 MT & Above Hose and Trolley)
Warranty
Against leakages on the propellant of the extinguishers for one year on conventional types, and five years on ABC type
(If the safety seal is intact and the extinguisher or its parts are not damaged).
Instruction Stickers
Shall be provided without additional charges again if required.
Training
How to use a fire extinguisher
Shall be provided without additional charges if required
Spot Pressure
Type fire extinguisher shall be refilled in presence of the client
Quarterly Visit
For one year without additional charges for inspection of the fire extinguisher
(Customer card facility)
Fire Extinguisher Data Sheet
Shall be provided without additional charges again if required.
Accessories
Shall be fitted if in-appropriate accessories were available
(Except 1mtr hose, trolley, and CO2 valve)
